I went ahead and set a recruitment post on the recruitment forums and will need your help to maintain it. The only thing needs to be done is to "bump" the thread so that it stays on the first page as long as possible. To do this without getting the actual thread deleted immediately, please follow the guideline below. Lets keep that post on the front page, and get some quality people in here to help us out and start some real progression.

Pretty simple.. Just type something to the effect of "Still looking for quality players". Anything relating to the obvious attempt at keeping the post on the front page will be almost immediately deleted (its happened to me in the past.. it sucks.) Usually, one or two people posting on it once or twice a day will do the trick, so try and not spam the thread too much. Here's a link to the thread, as well as a copy of what was written. About UsInspired Intent was founded in April of 2011, and began on the server Spinebreaker. In January, 2014, the guild transferred to Kil'Jaeden for a fresh start. As of 8-April-2013, we've expanded our roster to make the shift from 10 man to 25 man raiding. The decision for this was in anticipation of the upcoming expansion, and to build a solid, cohesive core to progress through 20 man Mythic raids. Many of our raiders come from hardcore raiding backgrounds, some dating back to Vanilla, and some have logged top 500 World kills in the past. Currently, the raid leaders are 4/14 heroic SoO. While we maintain a casual raiding schedule, we also strive to progress through content quickly and efficiently, and compete with those other guilds with the same schedule.
What We're Looking ForCurrently, the guild needs are as listed below, however ALL qualified individuals will ALWAYS be welcome to apply. Gearwise, as a baseline we're looking for 550+ with your Legendary cloak/Meta, however consideration will be given for those who've AT LEAST obtained the Meta, and with deep progression on the cloak questline.
Paladin-- Protection w/ dps offspec and/or Retribution
Druid- Moonkin
Monk- Brewmaster w/ dps offspec
Death Knight- Blood w/ dps offspec and/or Unholy/Frost
Priest- Shadow
Warrior- Fury
Hunter- Any
Mage- Any
Warlock- Any
Why Inspired Intent?Inspired Intent is interested in the long term relating to the guild. What that means is that we're not going to randomly disband, and waste your time, effort and in some cases hard earned money. As a guild, everyone, from the GM down to the fresh raider puts in feedback, which we welcome. We pride ourselves on having not only a professionalism while raiding, but we also pride ourselves on our ability to work as a team to clear obstacles. Additionally, many of our guild members are avid PvP'ers, some of us having cleared 2200+ in Arena, as well as RBGs. If you have an interest, you're likely to find someone to run with in this guild. Lastly, the guild itself is located on Kil'Jaeden which is not only ranked #10 in population, but also ranked #8 overall in progression.
Raid InformationAs Kil'Jaeden is a West Coast realm (server is actually located in Los Angeles, for those min/maxers), and as the majority of our raiders are from the West Coast, we follow Realm Time. Our raid days/times are as follows:
Monday- 8PM (invites at 745PM) - ? Mondays are rare, generally a cleanup night, and typically end around 10PM.
Tuesday- 8PM (invites at 745PM) - Midnight
Wednesday- 8pm (invites at 745PM) - Midnight
*NOTE- More raid nights MAY be added if the core approves, and the leadership deem necessary*
